Kisah_sarang_burung.

Kisah tentang sebuah keagungan tuhan. Subhanallah.
Kisah ini berlaku dihadapan rumah kami. Ada sekor burung buat sarang kat puncak chinese bamboo pasu yang kami letakkan kat situ...dpt tgk progress dia wat sarang dr berterabur sampai la jadi makin kemas tiap2 hari...ni gambar hari kedua dah...



salah satu benda paling mengagumkan ialah bagaimana tuhan dah bagi kesempurnaan dimana burung itu meletakkan sekeping plastik di bahagian paling bawah sarang itu (ala-ala waterproofing).


Tersangatlah excited bila masetu beberapa hari lepas tu ade sebijik telur kecil berwarna coklat gelap dalam sarang tu...




keesokan harinya tu, sebiji lagi telur telah memenuhi sarang itu.



untuk beberapa hari, kelihatan ibu kepada telur-telur itu mula mengeram. Bila sahaja kami membuka pintu rumah, burung itu akan lari dari sarangnya.



setelah masuk hari ke 5 burung itu telah mula mengeram sepenuh masa. Burung itu tidak seminitpun meninggalkan sarangnya walau didekati. Tidak juga makan dan minum untuk beberapa hari untuk mengeram dan menjaga telur-telurnya.



dan akhirnya.....sebiji telah menetas. :)

...sewaktu gambar ini diambil, mata anak burung itu masih lagi belum dibuka.... Setiap hari ibunya akan mencari makanan untuk disuapkan kepada anak-anaknya. kadangkala kami menggantungkan pisang berdekatan sarang untuk memudahkan ibu mereka...:)

....mereka akan mengangkat kepala apabila mendengar siulan kami menganggap ibunya memanggil. Sangat-sangat kagum dengan ciptaan Allah yang Maha Sempurna.








...dan subhanallah! alhamdulillah hari ni kami dirumah mendapat tetamu sekali
lagi....seekor lagi burung telah menapak membuat sarang di hadapan pintu
rumah yang sama! kini disebelah pokok yang identical di sebelah lagi
pula....methods of construction yang sama....! Alhamdulillah burung2 ini tidak serik bertandang ke rumah kami... =D

...sesungguhnya ciptaan Allah adalah sumber inspirasi yang teragung di atas muka bumi ini....

Kufi_Kube.

This is a derived kufi art...the 2D grid art was extended to form a perfect cube into 3D.This strengthen the similarity with architecture. It was started by Ahmad Hilmy Abdullah (my dad) with the ALLAH_MUHAMMAD_CUBE (above). All six sides are having equal 3 faces written ALLAH and also 3 faces written MUHAMMAD. The biggest challenge for this design is to meet up faces every edge. However, this challenge was proudly solved. so, i helped my father to build up the prototype for this design.


The basic material were 100 x 100mm polystyrene cube (readily cut and shaped) and polystyrene glue...

freehand_stroke : living it_loving it.

this in some of the latest sketches i did during last semester....these are old buildings in bangladesh...Prof. Mahbub, my class studio master asked for our help for his book...he gave us photos and ask us to draw it back in freehand...id developed my own sketching stroke while doing this drawings......

kymioflario_SQUAREKUFI.

ok. now i want to share some bits of this interesting form of art. the SQUARE_KUFI. this piece up here is actually my first trial after months of theory learning through facebook with a community we called ourself F.O.K.S. (friends of kufi square), those who have the enthusiasm in this KUFI art. They have conference and discussion through facebook and develop this old form of art, and apply it with Jawi. theres 2 pioneer that i know now, Master Shukor and Sifu Ahmad Hilmy. They teach this SQUARE KUFI through facebook and number of students and KUFI enthusiast are increasing day by day. =) Its definitely a great step to revive our JAWI writing which fading away nowadays.

Some people may not know how to read this SQUARE_KUFI and a lot of my friends asked me on how to read it....ok, u need to read from BOTTOM RIGHT and turn CLOCKWISE. Some of the KUFIs especially the long one, u will need to read it UPSIDE DOWN when it turns and end up at the CENTER.

Music in Me.

how i wish i got music education since my childhood.....masa kecik2 dulu takde penah terpikir nak betul2 masuk official piano class or violin class ke ape....i just realized i have the passion in music when i was in form 3...when my parents bought a guitar for my brother...it was his first guitar, and the first in the house! its a always a no-no if i ask for one before that...cause i never really seriously asked...end up, im the one who spent 90% of the time playing that guitar...and at last, i bought a guitar for myself, a Yamaha F-210. its now signed by PAPAROCK, RAMLI SARIP :).

Sungai Congkak, Hulu Langat trip.

Went for hulu langat last sunday during Thaipussam holiday with my family and auntie's family....We drop by to Uncle Anis's cafe, The Cafe @ Lui for late breakfast....he owned the land there and built his dreamhome on top of the hill with gardens, pool, gazeebo on a lake and his own cafe....he also opened his own Gallery Kelah, storing and breeding world's second smart fish the 'kelah'....a lot of rare species he got there......while my parents were talking with uncle anis and his family, i took some time to do this sketch.....The Cafe @ Lui....www.thecafe-at-lui.blogspot.com.


Then finally we went to Sungai Congkak..there were thousands of people camping along the way to our campsite at Selangor Tourism..it is located deep inside to the farmost and the top of Sungai Congkak....it was less people there which is better than what i saw earlier....we checked in to our chalet there....having picnic with the foods we bought and had so much fun at the river.....so this was the chalet we stayed...its really spacious....=)
